Common questions
How do I get a sample of the data?
Email us at contact@getparceldata.com with the county or state you’re interested in — we’ll send a free sample within one business day.
How is the data delivered?
Datasets are delivered as Parquet, GeoParquet, FlatGeobuf, or GeoJSON via signed download links. The API returns JSON and supports filtering by state, county, and bounding box. See the API docs for full details.
How often is the data updated?
We re-aggregate from county GIS sources on a rolling monthly cadence. Specific states can be refreshed on request for enterprise customers.
My API key isn’t working — what should I do?
Email us the request ID (returned in the X-Request-Id response header) and the endpoint you’re hitting. We’ll trace the request and reply with the fix or a fresh key.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — see Section 5 of our Terms of Service. One-time purchases can be refunded within 14 days if the dataset is materially defective.
Which counties do you cover?
See our coverage page for a state-by-state breakdown with row counts and parcel-ID fill rates.
