Which fields are populated varies by county, because the county is the source. Every county page publishes its own fill rates, so you can check before you spend anything.

Identity

Parcel and owner

Parcel id and alternates, owner name, owner mailing address, and the situs address split into line, city, state and ZIP.
Assessment

Value and use

Acreage, assessed value, land value, improvement value, assessment year, year built, square footage, land use and zoning where the county publishes them.
Geometry

The boundary itself

The parcel polygon in EPSG:4326, plus derived area, perimeter and a centroid — so a join or a point-in-polygon works without reprojecting first.

What do I actually get in the download?
One zip containing the parcels for the area you bought, in GeoParquet, GeoPackage, Shapefile, GeoJSON and CSV, all in EPSG:4326. Each parcel carries its boundary plus the assessor fields we hold for that county: parcel id, owner name and address, situs address, acreage, land use, zoning where it is published, assessed and market values, and year built. Which of those are populated varies by county, and the county page tells you before you pay.
How much is it?
An area you draw is $49 for up to 5,000 parcels. A whole county is $199, whatever its size — the largest we hold has 2.4 million parcels. Per-state licences run $2,000 to $4,000 a year and nationwide is $25,000 to $30,000. Nothing is quote-only until you get to state level, and even those ranges are published.
Can I see the parcel count before I pay?
Yes. Draw the box and the preview returns the exact count and the counties it touches before any payment. If the area holds more than 5,000 parcels you are told, and offered the counties it covers instead.
How current is the data?
It depends on the county, and we publish the source date for each one rather than quoting a single number. Across our statewide sources the median is about 2 months and roughly three-quarters were refreshed inside 6 months, but about a quarter are more than a year old, usually because the county itself only publishes annually. Check the county page before you buy if vintage matters to your work.
