Before you pay

The county page answers what a demo would

Search a county above and you land on its own page. Three things are published there, and they are the three that decide whether the data is any use to you.

Parcel count

How many parcels you are buying

The exact count we hold for that county, so a 2.4 million-parcel county and an 82-parcel one are never a surprise. The price is the same either way.
Source date

When it came from the county

The date we last pulled from the source, published per county. Across our statewide sources the median is about 2 months, though roughly a quarter are over a year old because the county itself publishes annually.
Field fill

Which fields are actually populated

A per-field fill rate: year built at 94%, zoning at 0%, owner name at 100%. The county is the source, so this varies — and guessing is what a free sample is usually for.

Smaller, or larger

A county is not the only unit

If you need less than a county, draw the area. If you need more than a handful, a per-state licence runs $2,000 to $4,000 a year and nationwide is $25,000 to $30,000.

Smaller

An area you draw, $49

Up to 5,000 parcels inside any box you draw, with the exact count shown before you pay. Good for a site, a corridor or a neighbourhood. Draw one.
Larger

A state, or the country

Every county we hold in a state, every field, every format, with refreshed releases included. See the licence ranges.

Every download is one zip in 5 formats — GeoParquet, GeoPackage, Shapefile, GeoJSON, CSV — all in EPSG:4326.

Questions

Buying a county

Anything else, email contact@getparceldata.com.

What does $199 include?
Every parcel in the county, whatever its size, with every field we hold for it and every format we ship: GeoParquet, GeoPackage, Shapefile, GeoJSON and CSV. One payment, no subscription, no seat licence, and no limit on what you do with it internally.
How do I know the county has what I need before paying?
Every county page lists its parcel count, the date we pulled it from the source, and the fill rate for each field — so you can see that, say, year built is populated for 94% of parcels and zoning for none, before you spend anything. That page is the honest version of a sales call.
What if the county I need is not covered?
The coverage map shows what we hold today, county by county. If yours is missing or thin, ask: sourcing one county is usually a matter of days when the county publishes its parcels at all, and we will tell you plainly when it does not.
Do I need to talk to anyone?
No. Pick the county, pay by card, and the file arrives by email. There is no discovery call, no procurement thread and no annual contract. If you would rather see a sample of the county first, ask for one and nobody will call you about it either.
